About Us
Hope at Heart Project creates memory-making moments for families battling childhood, adolescent, and young adult cancer. We do this through our three programs. ''Blessings Way'' is for families in the fight against cancer. ''Heaven's Way'' is for families who have been told the fight is over and it is time to prepare for the end of life. ''Survivor's Way'' is for families that have conquered cancer. All of our referred families are sent to us through our partners at all three pediatric oncology hospitals in San Antonio: University Hospital, Methodist Children's Hospital, and Children's Hospital of San Antonio.
