LLI Pawlante Fundraiser: "Paws, Pics & Summer Hits"

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of community, competition, and furry friends at the Pawlante Fundraiser: Paws, Pics & Summer Hits! This lively event will bring together dog lovers, volleyball enthusiasts, and supporters of Latina leadership—all to raise $10,000 in support of the Latina Leadership Institute’s (LLI) scholarships, program development, and outreach initiatives.

Bring your pup, grab your friends, and help us empower the next generation of Latina leaders while enjoying an unforgettable day at The Dog Co. Icehouse.

What to Expect

· Volleyball Tournament – Cheer on your favorite team or register your team of 6 for some friendly competition! Cost is $150 per team ➡️ Register Your Volleyball Team Here

· Doggy Costume Contest – Watch or enter the Puppy Costume Paw-rade Contest and see who takes home the crown. Cost is $10 to register per pup. (link to registration)

· Dog Adoption Zone – In partnership with San Antonio Pets Alive, meet adoptable pups looking for their forever homes

· Photo Booth & Summer Vibes – Capture memories with your friends (and your dogs!) all afternoon. We are asking for minimum donation of $5 per picture, payable day of

· Exclusive Merchandise – Snag event-branded gear, available on-site and online. This includes Paw-lante and LLI t-shirts, pet bandanas and koozies! (link to Trubranding)

· "That's So Fetch" Custom Drink Special – Sip our signature cocktail, with a portion of proceeds benefiting Latina Leadership Institute

Donation Opportunities – Support Latina leadership through on-site or virtual donations. Be one of the first 50 donors to give $50+ online and receive a complimentary t-shirt and sticker! Online merchandise orders and donations can be made August 1st through September 12th.

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Event Kickoff & Check-in (volleyball warm-ups begin) 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Photo Booth & Dog Adoption Zone open
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Doggy Costume Contest & Volleyball Quarterfinals
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Pet Costume Contest Awards & Remarks
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Volleyball Semifinals
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Volleyball Finals
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Volleyball Awards & Remarks
