Join us for a fun-filled afternoon of community, competition, and furry friends at the Pawlante Fundraiser: Paws, Pics & Summer Hits! This lively event will bring together dog lovers, volleyball enthusiasts, and supporters of Latina leadership—all to raise $10,000 in support of the Latina Leadership Institute’s scholarships, program development, and outreach initiatives.
Bring your pup, grab your friends, and help us empower the next generation of Latina leaders while enjoying an unforgettable day at The Dog Co. Icehouse.

Volleyball Tournament – Cheer on your favorite team or register your team of 6 for some friendly competition!

Doggy Costume Contest (2:30 PM – 3:30 PM) – Watch (or enter!) the Puppy Costume Paw-rade Contest and see who takes home the crown.

"That's So Fetch" Custom Drink Special – Sip our signature cocktail, with a portion of proceeds benefiting LLI.

2:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Event Kickoff & Check-in (volleyball warm-ups begin)
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Photo Booth & Dog Adoption Zone open
2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Doggy Costume Contest & Volleyball Quarterfinals
3:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Awards & Remarks (Doggy Contest + Volleyball Winners)
3:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Volleyball Semifinals
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Volleyball Finals

💲 Fundraising Activities and Donation Details Here is a detailed breakdown of our fundraising activities, including applicable prices and methods: Volleyball Tournament Team Registrations: Price: $150 per team Method: Team registrations form link and purchase on SAHCC website Doggy Costume Contest Entry Donations: Price: $10 minimum donation per participant Method: SAHCC website Merchandise Sales (On-site by SAHCC & Online through TrueBranding): Items: Branded T-shirts for Pawlante and LLI, Custom Dog Bandanas, Branded Koozies, Online sales with suggested markups (e.g., T-shirts $15-$20, Koozies $2-$3). On-site Donations: Method: Direct cash donations collected at two physical donation stations. Online Donations: Method: Donations via a dedicated online webpage. Incentive: First 50 donations of $50 or more include a complimentary t-shirt and sticker. "That's So Fetch" Custom Drink Special: Price: $10 per drink (with $5 profit per drink for LLI) Method: Profit-sharing from sales at The Dog Co. Icehouse.
