Leadership Fundamentals: A Guide for Professional and Personal Success

This interactive workshop will focus on the fundamental principles of effective leadership. Participants will gain insight into the personal qualities and characteristics of effective leaders. Several well-known leadership styles will be highlighted. Finally, participants will discuss how these skills can be developed and applied to their own professional and personal lives.
About our Presenter: David J. Zammiello joined USAA in June 1984 and retired after a thirty-two year career in December of 2016. Over the last twenty years David served in various senior level executive positions where he was responsible for providing visionary leadership and implementing strategic business plans. During his service as an executive leader, David guided large, complex and diverse teams in Property and Casualty (P&C) Staff Operations, Human Resources and Enterprise Organizational Planning. His leadership style focused on building healthy and productive teams able to deliver upon critical organizational objectives.
